I was very excited to interview with them as I like their product and I have used it in the past (although it's getting squashed by Stackblitz more and more). After the first 2 rounds, they sent me a tech test, the largest I've received this year, with them saying it should take ~8 hours but they would only expect it done in ~4 and therefore left it incomplete, to then discuss it further in the next stage. I did the test in great detail within 4-5 hours and explained all the missing parts that I would discuss at the interview. The feedback email stated that they would reject me on reasons that I found non-sensical, microscopical details that would never guarantee a rejection. Left me a terrible test in my mouth, a clear flag of questionable interview practice. I shared my technical test with some Senior Engineers colleague who confirmed that the feedback was pretty much an excuse to just reject, and no Engineer who has any degree of experience in an interview would consider those points valid when you have clearly stated you expect your technical test to be incomplete. Most likely, I was just an excuse to reject whether they had found another candidate or someone who asked for less money).

Colloquio
The interview is extremely well structured and executed, especially for a small startup company. The process is clear, and the HR team follows up on it with enviable efficiency. The interview consists of a culture fit call, then a team fit call, an off-site technical assessment for your role, and then the call with the founders.
