"no-reply" email Rejected without feedback. Pushed for feedback due to their values including "We are learners" and "We improve relentlessly" unfortunately they're an organization that operates on exclusivity and hypocrisy as well - "I’m afraid it is our policy to not share the responses of the interviewers."

Submitted an application, talked to a young sounding woman over the phone about Codecademy for around a half an hour. The representative was hard to understand at time over the phone, did not really try to sell the position so much as to talk about how great Codecademy was. Two days later got a rejection, which seemed odd due to the introductory nature of the phone call. If I had known, I would get cut at this level, I wouldn't have bothered applying. Judging by the rest of their hiring process stories here, I think I dodged a bullet.
