Telephonic interview. 3 telephonic hr calls are received by me .I got this job offer from my college placement during my btech journey.1 st hr asked me basic introduction and some non tecnical related questions and after that some talking about my project,internship and my previous job history.

This felt unprofessional and misleading. The experience was frustrating and disappointing. They are more focused on building a pipeline of candidates. But they don’t necessarily deliver on their promises. The process lacks transparency in the later stages.
