The interview was not technical. They mostly went over my resume and asked about past experiences in teaching, whether those experiences were professional or unprofessional. So yea, mostly just behavioral, I guess.

After submitting your project, you may get invited to do an interview with a manager. Asks common STAR - style interview questions, then evaluates your overall availability and scheduling. Very simple process, and overall good experience.
