The interview was held at a different branch to where I ended up working. Questions were about hospitality experience, skills and personality. The process was overall straightforward, laid back and friendly.
The interview communication was prompt and efficient. They didn’t ask many questions—mainly basic ones such as whether I can work in the UK, my availability, my experience and skills as a barista, what a typical day for a barista looks like, and whether I had any questions for the interviewer.
