While others said they only talked to one person, I had to talk to multiple employees - it was like multiple stages whilst others seemed to have had it on the easier end. Might just be luck or something.

Two-person interview, the mechanical engineering lead appeared late. I was greeted at the front by the receptionist and after a two-minute wait was greeted by the HR lead. The questions were simple: they asked about me and asked to talk through my resume.

The interview was very casual. Questions were asked primarily about my interest in the scope of work and my prior projects. The interviewers were very excited to interview me and were very welcoming.The interviewers were very focused on my prior work history and the organizations that I was a member of.
Casual. That's us. I would be interested to know if you think it should have been more formal, more rigorous. How did we determine that you were a cultural fit? What questions were asked about that? Always seeking to improve.
