firstly i had a face to face inteview and then i had to give the apptitude test and then one on one session with HR

1 Technical Round 1 HR Round. Bad experience with Mangerial/HR round. They had not even seen my profile. In call they were discussing about the expected CTC. Very unprofessionally trying to educate me as to what I should be asking as my expected salary and trying to demean my confidence by saying as they are hiring for an old technology like SSIS and SQL Server hence I should expect less salary even though I have many other skills in my profile. As per my understanding, everyone is entitled to their view about and every company has their own budget for a role. As we share our expectations in the very first call itself, the responsibility lies with the HRs to screen the profile and only then proceed with further rounds and try not to waste both their as well as the candidate's time. Very unprofessional attitude.
