There were many rounds - starting with long Technical round over the phone. This was followed by f-to-f interview with the EVP. After the same there were many rounds of written tests including IQ test, psychometric round, managerial aptitude, etc. lasting over a complete day. This was followed by direct interview with the department head.

I recently got interviewed at coforge Noida.
I found the interviews to be more focussed on the vocation knowledge and from the experience point of you little immature focus on that technical terms not on the actual work I feel that project management is more of a practical work with the some smart work mind set but the interview of more focus on the technical expect they have an impact on the project cycle or not which I feel is not from much aligned with a project manager interview

It was a smooth process and two rounds of technical discussion were there for 30 mints each. All the questions were related to project management and all were relevant.
Onboarding was smooth. Overall it was a nice experience and I got offer letter with in two weeks
