Two Skype rounds, one with the client team. One general aptitude test consisting mostly of series completion questions.
Each round was lengthy and occurred after a gap of 4-5days. I needed to followup with the HR to get the status of each round. The result for the last round was never told.
Poor hiring process. Mismanaged.
