The interview process was fine. I was asked commonly asked questions from core Java (multithreading, OOP, Stream API), Spring Boot etc and an easy level coding question. The issue is with the hiring/onboarding team. I was given an offer and they badgered me to accept the offer within 1 hr and this seems to be a common practice. In my case, I was not even given the opportunity to accept the offer because it got "accepted" on their portal because of some "glitch". After that my designation got changed to an associate level and the project I interviewed for was removed from my profile and I was assigned to bench, all of this without communicating anything to me. They will incessantly call you and put you through borderline harassment for every step of the process and will refuse to give you any time for any of it.

Worst Interview Experience:
The interview was scheduled on Sunday, and trust me it was the worst interview experience I ever had in my entire career.
The interviewer joined 10min late, and asked to wait for 5 min so that he can check my resume full of background noise and he wasn't even interested in taking the interview.
Started with intro of myself and the rest of the interview whereever i said I had just less knowledge on the particular skill he used to ask more on it, which was kind of fine whole interview went in a similar way .
No clear questioning or clarity on what he wanted to ask and also explaintion of the questions weren't proper
I really felt like dropping the interview in middle, the interview was irritating.
