Pathetic Interview Experience, Never ever i will entertain any sort of activities from this Pathetic & unethical organization run by some extremely disgusting people. at least i have encountered a couple of them
After clearing all rounds and BGV, HR started asking questions like what frameworks you have worked with , what are the certification you have done. clearly you are not tech manager to ask these questions.
Even after salary discussion some random guy came and asked to write a program that squares itself
It was nasty as i clearly knew at this point he is non technical just trying to pull you down so they can negotiate on salary.
Stick to your job role , don't act like a tech person just like we don't act like business people .
Value peoples time and value yours also. and try to avoid exploitation of a candidate because they don't have a job recently.
You never know when you will end up being on the opposite side of the table.

There having two technical round and one HR discussion. In the L1 technical round they asking related to Java and second interview they asked like scenario based, cloud related, docker and k8s questions.

Interview is good, I have 3.7 years exp but I am unable to implement the first 2 questions remaining questions i answered well, however i got rejected , my suggestion is prepare concept along with coding and implementation of each and every concept example JWT implementation, retry mechanisms, singleton , threads etc..

2. Implement singleton class and what is the purpose
3. Write stream prints non repeated characters in a given string
4. Explain java main pillars
5. Why @functionalInterface annotation if both interface and functional interface having abstract methods
6. Difference between collections and streams
7. Intermediate and terminal operators
8. About interfaces

Worst Interview Experience:
The interview was scheduled on Sunday, and trust me it was the worst interview experience I ever had in my entire career.
The interviewer joined 10min late, and asked to wait for 5 min so that he can check my resume full of background noise and he wasn't even interested in taking the interview.
Started with intro of myself and the rest of the interview whereever i said I had just less knowledge on the particular skill he used to ask more on it, which was kind of fine whole interview went in a similar way .
No clear questioning or clarity on what he wanted to ask and also explaintion of the questions weren't proper
I really felt like dropping the interview in middle, the interview was irritating.
