I would like to share my experience during the recent interview process at Coforge. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview for the position and understand the importance of a thorough evaluation process, I found certain aspects of the interaction disappointing and lacking professionalism. Basic Information Gathering: It is standard practice to begin interviews by discussing a candidate's background, including their name, total experience, domain expertise, and proficiency in specific tools and programming languages. However, these fundamental questions were overlooked during my interview. Irrelevant and Unstructured Questions: Some of the questions asked felt arbitrary and unrelated to the role or my profile. This approach not only lacked focus but also failed to assess my suitability for the position in a meaningful way. Professional Conduct: An interview is a two-way process where both parties evaluate fitment. Unfortunately, the demeanor of the interviewer made the experience less constructive. A structured and respectful interaction would have been more conducive to effective communication.

They have 3 interview rounds. 1. Technical Round, 2.Managarial Round, 3. HR Round. First will be Technical round and after that there will be Managerial Round. Final round is HR Round.
