Interview process is fast for experienced candiadate. There is only one face to face interview for experienced candidate. Because of bulk hiring there are so many candidates. So the queue is so long for entering to company.

After that, I had one or two rounds of technical interviews focusing on coding, problem-solving, and frameworks like Spring Boot. Finally, there was a managerial round to discuss project experience and team collaboration.
