3 rounds of interview process, simple difficulty level. Not technical at all. one HR round followed by two technical rounds. The whole process took about 6 hours. It was well planned and organized.

3 Rounds of interview. Technical round covered different technical objects and comfort level, 1 Project and Process Round was asked on details of end to end phase during implementation of ERP, HR Round
2 rounds of technical and HR interview to proceed. After clearing the tech interview , you will be called for HR interview. They will negotiate the salary and benefits process. It is not cumbersome.

I came in through an employee referral. I only interviewed with the hiring manager and his boss (global head), then got offer shortly after that. The interview process was in between projects and the hiring manager and his boss were really busy so it dragged on for a long time - took almost 2 months to wrap things up with the interview.
