I got a call from their Recruiter to attend interview in Pune, the HR didn't disclose it was a drive even when I asked. After reaching on time, I saw that it was very chaotic and seating etc wasn't arranged properly. They made me 4 hours for the technical interview and the interview was conducted on phone, which made no sense. The interviewer was knowledgeable but passive as his only focus was lunch. After clearing that round I was asked to wait 3 hours for the HR interview. I had written that my expected hike was 35 to 40%, in the initial communications and forms, but the HR insisted I join with -5 hike, which was very stupid to say the least. And all of this was done on phone, I wasted a day because of the incompetent HR personnel of CTS
