Total 3 rounds of interview they had. 1. Technical round 2. Manager round 3. HR round. I got an email from a job board regarding the interview drive in Bengaluru. I went around 10.30 AM for the interview and till evening 4.30 PM panel didn't call me for the interview. Later a guy told he has come thru referral from a consultancy and CTS is hiring most of the people who come thru that consultancy. Also the requirements has filled up in early noon, later on they just conducted interview for name sake. Also post lunch the automation testing panel has left and some other people were interviewing the candidates. Even all the programs and java questions were cracked we were rejected. It was completely a nonsense interview. I just wasted my whole day sitting idle there.

Technical Round 1: Focused on Selenium, TestNG, Java basics, and API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
Technical Round 2: Questions on framework design, Jenkins, Git, and performance testing (JMeter).
Managerial/HR Round: Project discussion, challenges faced, communication, and salary.
Overall: Smooth and professional process. Interviewers were polite and focused on real-time QA scenarios.

Got scheduled two times in last four months. Both time I have got selected for second round but the next round is not scheduled. Each and every time new HR contacted me and I couldn't reach them once after that

Had 3 rounds of interviews, 2 technical and 1 HR round. The questions asked were based on experience and coding, and scenario-based. Even after selection, I haven't got the offer letter when called the HR, they keep telling waiting for the approval from business head, its been more than a month
