Firstly step is the application, including CV, resumé and university transcripts. The next step was a rather short interview with an HR representative. Third step was a 60 minute interview with 2 members of the local team, this interview focused a lot one competency-based questions.

Q: Guesstimate question regarding the yearly market for washing machines
The interview process went smoothly and felt very straightforward from start to finish. The session was primarily technical, where the interviewer asked me standard questions about core Java programming concepts and my specific experience using the Spring Boot framework.
There were some online tests and then also a few rounds of online interviews. Asked about previous experience, motivations and why you want to join the company. The interviewers were friendly.
