The interview process was smooth.
The HR was friendly. Listed below are the questions asked:
Brief about yourself.
*Why it after studying EIE?
*Which coding language do you know?
*Why java? (As I mentioned java in the previous question)
* Then he asked me why did I take PCMB group in class 12 and why not PCM with computer?
*Short term and long term goals.
*Asked me in which subject of academic curriculum I'm strong.
*Asked me about my department of college.
*Asked me whether I've done any mini project or not.
(I mentioned that we've not started as of now because our curriculum is designed in a different pattern)
*Describe me about MAN MANAGEMENT ( as I've mentioned man management in my cv) and how is it different from leadership.
*Then he asked me who's your leadership idol and why?
*Then he said I'm happy and done with the conversation, any questions.
*I asked that if I get inducted into Cognizant then what technical skills do I need to learn?
