Hiring was through Amcat.
The Process took 2 weeks
First on 10th feb 2014, i got a mail regarding online exam through amcat at gl bajaj, greater noida.
After that on 12th feb i again got a mail that you have successfully cleared the written exam and your Technical & Hr interview is scheduled on 14th feb. On 14th feb i cleared both rounds and on 20th Feb i received my joining letter. That's all about the cognizant recruitment process.

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
