I have an offer in my hand but attended Cognizant thinking that I can have better offer. Shockingly It is utter ugly experience. Interviewer is very positive with the answers throughout. He is sure of selection as he talks optimistic about the offer. But surprisingly and shockingly it is not the case when I heard the final feed back from HR. Cognizant is such a good company but seeing this experience with this kind of cheap interviewers, I lost the respect in this company. Interviewer does not know about AGILE PRACTICES AT ALL. He simply acts.The interviewer is aged guy and but his attitude is less than a kid and very immatured. He talks big in the interview but does have cheap mentality when he gives feed back. It looks like they don't have real requirement on Agile, just for the publicity stunt or being on expectation on projects they are doing the interviews.
