Colloquio
There were two levels for selection of candidates- the Technical round and the HR round. The technical round lasted on an average of 20 minutes per applicant. The questions were related to the student's stream of study, area of interest, project, In-Plant training (if any) and basic programming.
Some candidates also faced a few HR questions during the Tech round.
The candidates who qualified the Tech round proceeded to the HR round, which was simple and straight-forward. The duration was not more than 5 minutes.

Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
