After receiving an intivitation letter from hr Cognizant , I have attented the interview with a good idea, Post completions of screening(5 times) and 3 interviews, every had checked the details,got cleared all the rounds and selected for the Linux admin position but it took 9 hrs for me to realize that B.Com guys get invited as a joke. They ill treated(blamed) me and kept my resume on hold in HR round discussion for ctc and joining date that too after making me wait for 6 hrs extra.
And have sent many mail regarding this but have not got any update from Cognizant.

Worst Interview process.. around 500 people are coming just like walkin. Interviewer struggles to ask question in linux. Interviewer is not skilled and has poor communication skill. Worst process ever
There are three rounds of interview. First technical, second managerial and last round is HR.
They will check your basic knowledge of Linux system admin and stability etc. The last part is about your stability and salary negotiation.
