Interview process went smooth for me but I was unable to join the company. It was purely disappointing for me because the BGV team did background check for almost a month even though I have every documents with accuracy they were keep on finding reasons for onboarding. I was waiting for the updated offer letter but unexpectedly they said your profile is removed from our database and they replaced a new candidate for the role which I got shortlisted. I was chasing and responding genuinely to the BGV team and suddenly they just neglected my profile after cracking 2 interview rounds.

Recruiter calls you with general questions about experiences. 1 round after with the SM, very professional nice lady, asking hr related questions and about motivation. Usually gets feedback after 2-5 days.
