Head of People directly reached out and interviewed me. I let them know I didn’t feel qualified for the role but was happy to speak. They were overly arrogant and lacked social cues in a discussion. Felt incredibly salesly. I had heard good things about Cogo so thought it was worth pursuing. Spoke to a peer and it was a surprising interaction. She was super cold and robotic. Asked me a list of formulaic questions and was rude when I actually had questions for her, after she asked if I had any. Rushed to get off the phone and received a cold email decline after. I assumed I wasn’t qualified which is what I had told them initially and they treated me like I was completely unworthy of their time after they pursued me.
