I was interviewed over 1.5 months and was verbally made an offer by the hiring manager and then in detail by the recruitment HR. They collected my personal details including payslips and later communicated a number which I agreed upon. After that, I was basically ghosted. HR and hiring manager both avoid communication. Who in their right mind communicates an offer and later absconds? If this is symptomatic of a noncommittal and borderline unethical culture - then looks like I dodged a bullet! But really it's surprising that they have so much time to waste - looks like they are doing an HR survey. Recommend to proceed with caution and not take this company too seriously (because I don't think they do themselves)
