Laborious. I was contacted for an interview and had a 30 min call that was vaguely technical. Then didn't hear for a few weeks. Once I finally heard back they had me come in a few times and seemed unable to decide whether or not they wanted to continue the process. Turned into a long, disorganized drawn out process that I lost interest in. Ultimately found a different job during that time.

There was a first quick interview with the HR to learn about the interest, then several rounds of behavioral, technical, a modeling test, semifinal and final rounds of interviews extending over two months.
