Applied online through a university website. Had an on campus interview with one of the partners. She asked very simple behavior questions as well as why I was interested in public tax accounting. Went through resume and asked about different things on it. Very informal and conversational interview, did not last very long.

The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.

I had three rounds of interviews and waited four to five days to get rejected. It was not the most pleasant experience. I was firt reached out by a recruiter, than spoke to a partner, a manager, a senior, and three other managers. At the end the same recruiter call to let me know that they would not move forward with me.

First submie the resume, and do the one-way video interview within 5 days. Then you get prepared and find a convenivent time to record the answer to the questions. Then inform the HR, then they will give you response.
