The company is completely disrespectful to the candidate. I had a call scheduled and I was asked to do a video interview, one way, I spent hours preparing and recording this videos. 2 days later there would be my call and I sent an email to confirm, I was informed that the team had already chosen a person. I imagine that if I hadn't sent this email they wouldn't have sent me any feedback. Through the selection process we already see the company culture. Horrible, this is destiny for me. I'm glad I didn't end up in this place.
