First round is an onsite interview with local managers. They will be asking questions about your background and resume.
The second round is a conference call with hiring manager and other managers from multiples sites. They ask questions like what would you do in certain scenario and also personality questions.

Two session interviews, each lasting around 1 hour. The first interview was more on experiences and technical questions. The second interview focuses on general questions like school, and the reason for transitioning to another company.

General coding questions, testing knowledge of C++, and behavioral questions. Did not get an offer based on my own failings in interviewing.
