The hiring and interview process is typically done through a group interview, unless you previously worked for cold stone before. As long as you read through these posts, you have nothing to be nervous for. They want to see you interacting with other potential crew members, it's a test of how well you interact with others, and if you are having fun they will notice and like that.

Very easy and simple. Managers and crew are lovely. Asked about 5 questions all. Took about 15 mins and offered about an hour after. Main thing was how available I was and if I had a steady ride there and back

I just came in, waited for a little while. There were three other people also interviewing so I got to listen in on their interviews which was a bit strange. Then, she came to talk to me and it was all over within 10 minutes.

The process was fun and friendly. It was a group interview that everyone seemed to enjoy. I felt comfortable with the group. The managers and owners attended the interview. They allowed us to ask questions and give feedback.
