Had a Zoom interview with a remote gaming company—signed an NDA, met the team, and chatted about my experience and other games. It was pretty relaxed, and I thought it went well. The weird part? They never followed up—the recruiter I was emailing directly just ghosted me. Would’ve preferred a simple 'no' over radio silence.
