It was an informative interview process, and the benefits of being associated with a large brokerage are great for new agents that really need a lot of resources and help from other agents or managers.

Interview process is easy. Asked if I was interested in working full or part time. Explained what to expect, explained their %cut%, and who I would shadow. I was a fairly new agent at the time, and unfortunately, it didn't hold true to the shadowing part. I was thrown in the water, which hind site was probably the best way to learn....quickly.
