Talked to a person named Chuck who was the owner. Had all kinds of phone calls, background checks and wanted me to start with like three days' notice. The HR department reached out. The next day I was called and told I was pulled out of the running. Asked for references. Basically, I provided all this private info and never got an offer. They bothered all my references for no reason.
