No complaints about web-based interview room. Technology worked well. I prepared extensively for the interview assuming they would ask competency based questions as is customary and as many others had reported on Glassdoor. To my surprise and disbelief, the interviewer didn't ask me any questions and the interview lasted a total of 20 minutes. He wanted to know if I had received the job profile ahead of time (No I hadn't even though I requested it) and if I had any questions about the job or company. The bulk of the 20 mins was him talking, answering my questions. I got the impression the interview was conducted to inflate the list of candidates for the selection process rather than because they were genuinely interested in my executive experience. I was told I would get feedback a week later. It's been over 2 months and I've heard nothing. I received an email 2 weeks after the interview informing that I'd been selected for an interview. I didn't know if this was an error or an invitation to a 2nd round interview. I emailed asking for clarity and have never received a reply.
