This was a pool campus interview held during Oct-Nov of 2019 for 2020 batch.
Initially there was an aptitude test in our campuses. (Aptitude comprised of numerical logical and English). 30 students were selected from 170+ students. 2-3 days later we had other rounds in a different college.
The company HR briefed about it. Group discussion with marketing related topics. Ex. Impact of technology in sales. Of the 200 students from various colleges, 20 were selected for interview.
There was a great interview for 45 mins with HR and Regional Head. It started with brief background and ended with technical questions of marketing.

They will ask sales related questions. Colgate often asks questions about the glass door to assess its durability, energy efficiency, and overall quality. Some common questions might include:
Thickness and type of glass: This determines the door's strength and insulation properties.
Frame material: The frame's material (e.g., aluminum, wood) affects durability and aesthetics.
Hardware quality: The door's hinges, locks, and handles should be sturdy and reliable.
Energy efficiency rating: This indicates the door's ability to conserve energy.
Maintenance requirements: How often does the door need cleaning or repairs?
By asking these questions, Colgate can determine if the glass door meets their standards for quality and performance.
