Applied through company website and Handshake. Next step was completing Pymetrics games (20-30 min) and one week later received email asking for interview availability. They only had one round of interviews for the position and I met with 2 interviewers at a time for 30 min each. Interviewers were very courteous and it was all behavioral questions. A few of the questions coincided with each other (they definitely use the same list of questions lol) but I felt very comfortable with who I met with. Took them longer than they said to get back to us about rejections and weren't really responsive, but I guess that's expected. They don't give feedback.
