Applied online, got a phone interview in a couple of days. After the phone interview I was asked to sit for an aptitude test online. Made through to the next round, which was a group interview. I could not make it to the last round, which was a one on one final interview.

On the phone interview I was asked the generic questions like:
1) Why do I want to work for Colgate?
2) What could I bring to this role?
The group interview topic was about launching a revised version of a sun tan lotion.
