Intro call + Design Task. An HR screening call was not done and I went straight into what should have been a second round with a designer. They did not discuss salary or anything about the position and it felt quite rushed/all over the place. They expected me to use AI in my task. I had to deliver about 3 flows within 24 hours, all of which were closely related to their real product. They also asked me how long it would take me to deliver a high fidelity frame for my work, which seemed like a red flag since they could ask for more without any clarity on how/where my work might be used.
