Colloquio
The interview process takes place in 3 rounds.
The first round is a telephonic short interview to see the attitude, seriousness and communication skills of the candidate.
The Second round is a face to face interview with Corporate Recruiters who take a deep and thorough interview and then they forward you to the respective Hiring manager who is looking to fill a position in his team.
The third round is the final round taken by the manager under whom you will be deployed.
Passing all these rounds and you are a part of Collabera.

What is your future goal and where do you want to be in life?
These are the most basic and important questions based on which your are either Hired or Fired.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

Mostly your communication skills will be checked and how well do you respond to impromptu recruiting tasks.
It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
