Colloquio
It was through Campus Placement, There was one Online Test (English Grammar Based) followed by GD (My topic was: Impact of Fashion on Indian Society) & 2 Interview. There were almost 1000 student who came for the Placement Drive, 250 made for the second round (Group Discussion). Almost 50 made it for Face to Face Interview. 11 were finally selected and I was one of them.

Both Interviews were general Interviews. There are just two checkpoints:
1 - They check if you can communicate properly in English or not.
2 - Will you really join if offered this role (as it's a night shift job)
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
