Phone interview initially then moved on to an in office interview with department leads. Not very organized for the in office interview, but mostly just wanted to get to know the candidate.

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
