I had 3 interviews: 1 for cultural fit, 1 technical and the last one to negotiate salary.
All of them were held like informal conversations, there were no whiteboard or code challenges.

I had two interviews. The first guy was very friendly, the second one remained detached all the time. The biggest surprise was the fact they don't hire people who are not located in the UK and Canada, most of their workforce are contractors.

The initial phase is more about soft skills, if you fit the company culture and values. The second phase is more technical, probably with the Domain Leader, but it is not tricky. The entire process is more about knowing the company and they knowing you, so smooth.
