Unprofessional process, there is nothing called HR. Expect it to be more employees centric. Its only after you join one understands the very basic glitches. The best way to describe is no description at all.

Fairly simple, most questions around the employees background and experience. Conversation around what you are expected to do and so on. There are no HR as such who would be able to guide you in the process or even during onboarding.
