The homework was not that difficult to complete even without any background in health care. I had two video interviews. One of the interviewers called me an entire hour earlier than she was supposed to an never realized it. I answered a lot of questions about my experience and they had me talk through my thought process for the question I got wrong on the homework assignment. The two interviewers were very nice.

Tell me about your thought process for answering a specific question on the homework assignment.
First, 2 30-min phone screenings with current employees over video chat.
Complete a "homework" assignment in Excel that relates to processing claims (they teach you what you need to know).
And then a half day "super day" where you meet with 6 people for 30 min blocks.

They have an extremely long interview process which was not worth the offer that was given. The interview was pretty easy. They have one assignment, two video interviews and one on-site interview where they make you fly to the office.
