Two rounds with screener and recruiter, then 3/4 rounds with various design directors and other design team members. After going through the gauntlet, they said I interviewed too well and liked me for a more senior position. After that, they decided to ghost me. Their recruiters leave you hanging in the wind and take forever(if they ever) respond to your emails. Complete mess and waste of time.
