Their aim is to make sure you are a good fit, you are not trying to win the job. This job requires a financial investment and is a major time commitment so it is important to make sure your lifestyle and career goals are a good fit. The process can be about 3-5 interviews.

A couple of Skype and in person interviews/information sessions. There were around 5-10 questions you were to answer and submit. There was an online test to see if you have the personality to run a business. Lost of opportunity to ask questions, lean about the experience and build a small business plan before you fully commit to anything.
