1st round- sat and talked with Executive Director. Very personable and engaging. Also very misleading. When asked about the after hours work that we might have to put in, the answer was very vague and not entirely honest. Put in A LOT of after hours work. 2nd round- mock presentation of a lesson. Again, at the time went very well. Was very engaging and enjoyable.
