The interview process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. It started with an invitation from HR for a 45-minute Zoom call, where we discussed my experience and my motivation for choosing the company. After that, I received a take-home assignment with multiple questions to answer. I was given a couple of days to complete it. If successful, the next step was a 45-minute technical interview via Zoom. The final stage was a 45-minute interview with the Head of the Support Department. This was a particularly pleasant and engaging conversation. It was clear that the manager has deep expertise in the field and a strong understanding of the role.

3 wk interview process ranging from peers to VPs. Interview process felt a little bit disjointed with one interviewer, even stating “ i’m not really sure why I’m meeting with you”??? Most other interviews revolved around work I had done, however, approached situations and measuring success. The last interview (#5) I was told that it was the last one and they would be regrouping to make a decision. In either case, I should hear back, but never did even after reaching out to multiple individuals involved in the process.
