I had applied online, and the next day the HR coordinator called me for a brief phone screen interview. I successfully passed the phone screen, then after that they sent me a skills test to complete online, it was pretty straight foward. Then I had a in person interview with the Team leader, interview wasn't very hard at all as my resume spoke for itself. Second interview was with a skills and performance manager where I was asked behavioral questions. Judging from the interview, they seemed laid back and friendly.
