I applied by sending my CV with cover letter after seeing the job advertised on Linkedin. The process was fast paced as they were looking to hire someone soon and I was invited for an interview the following week. The interview, with two members of staff, was experience based and generally avoided competency based questions followed by an informal coffee chat with another employee immediately after.
